AVOID BEING A TROUBLE SHOOTER

BE A PROBLEM SOLVER NOT TROUBLE SHOOTER

People are more inclined to be a trouble shooter and so my advise is AVOID BEING A TROUBLE SHOOTER.  The next time you run into problem or a difficult situation in the place of work, try to THINK  of a POSSIBLE SOLUTION before you take that problem to your immediate superior.  What does that attitude indicates to your boss? Well, at least it shows that you are a THINKER, a PROBLEM SOLVER and a DOER instead of a trouble shooter or worse, trouble maker.  I am sure it will improve communication and augers good working relationship with people you work with especially your boss.
